Our Wellbeing & Mental Health Support for Staff is designed specifically to support your staff and management, both professionally & personally. Our Proactive Staff Support Service is just that, highly proactive, building connection and rapport with all your staff and achieving a participation rate seven times higher than an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme), thereby giving you peace of mind that your staff are receiving the support they need, when they need it.
We provide First Aid for Mental Health Training for all members of staff. We offer multiple levels of Qualifications from Awareness to Supervisory covering the needs of your entire workforce. Learn how to recognise a suspected Mental Health condition, skills to start a non-judgemental conversation and learn how to signpost someone to professional help. Supervisors & managers will learn how to implement a positive Mental Health culture within your workplace.
Working in partnership with your business and staff our Wellbeing & Mental Health Workshops are relevant, informative and practical, to help you create a positive workplace culture with Mental Health awareness at the forefront. All our workshops offer CPD Accreditation with accompanying Workbook and Certification. Through our workshops we do more than just train and educate, we impart tangible tools to each staff member to help them cope and manage life’s challenges more effectively.
Wellbeing & Mental Health Support for Staff
Proactive Staff Support Service - Wellbeing & Mental Health Check-In & Coaching
The Proactive Staff Support Service is just that, we conduct a personalised monthly Wellbeing & Mental Health Check-In with each member of staff to connect with them, to check how they are coping and essentially ensure their Mental Wellbeing is healthy.
Business owners, Managers and Staff find this service incredibly useful as it gives staff an opportunity to talk openly at the point of their Check-in. It also offers staff the peace of mind knowing they can book a personalised Coaching Session throughout the month should any challenges arise.
Should any staff member experience a mental health crisis, they will also have priority access to contact our highly experienced coaches so they can receive immediate help, support and strategies to help them manage the issue at hand. Read more about what’s included in this service here.
