In our current roles within physical therapy, nutrition, wellness & coaching we see clients 1 to 1 which we thoroughly enjoy. However our desire is to effect real change and reach more people who are in need, we knew we needed to partner with businesses to achieve this goal; hence Integral Workplace Wellness was created.

We could see that Mental Health is where people are struggling most and that was the case before we entered the pandemic in March 2020. With 1 in 4 of us experiencing poor Mental Health each year & work being the cause of more stress than debt or financial problems, now more than ever before we are struggling and the place we spend most of our time is at work. Businesses and their staff are experiencing the effects of Mental Health issues at an increasing rate therefore business owners are now seeing the vast benefits of First Aid for Mental Health training.

Integral Workplace Wellness is much more than a training platform. In addition to our accredited First Aid for Mental Health training courses we also offer Wellbeing & Mental Health Support for Staff and Wellbeing & Mental Health Workshops. All aimed to assist your business in creating a positive workplace culture that is Mental Health aware with happy team members that are proactively supported.

Dean Attwood - Director & Head of Coaching

Dean has a vast background in physical training, therapy and mindset coaching. His desire to ease both physical & emotional pain comes from a mix of his professional career and his own personal experiences. Dean brings 20 years of Wellness knowledge and a high passion for increasing awareness of mental health issues and supporting businesses & staff through our range of services.

Bel Hardman - Director & Head of Training

Bel (Belinda) has over 25 years’ experience in team leading, training and customer service management. Now currently working in life coaching, wellness and advocacy for chronic conditions she brings both professional and personal experience to her role. Bel is passionate about supporting businesses and helping staff through our range of services, training & workshops.

Laura Holmes - Senior Coach

Laura’s passion has always been in helping others through physical and emotion based therapies. Laura’s constant desire for learning & researching mind & body connections in addition to 20 years experience working directly with clients at a personal level is what makes her input invaluable to our Staff Support clients.

Laura’s qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills
  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling
  • Level 4 Diploma in Counselling (with placement)


When people have the tools to manage their daily stresses, the support to cope with emotions
and a hearing ear they become more empowered and capable of dealing with the ups and downs of life.
