Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)

A half day course suitable for all staff members as it provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected Mental Health condition, the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.

Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)

Learners undertaking this 1 day course will be considered First Aiders for Mental Health and be a point of contact within the workplace to help and support those with a suspected mental health condition. Designed to provide learners with both a comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common Mental Health conditions and the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected. We also cover the First Aid Action Plan for Mental Health - C.A.R.E.

This course will also assist employers to provide a positive Mental Health culture within the workplace.

£129 per person which will include a Mental Health workbook and a digital certificate.

Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)

This 2 day course is aimed at those who hold a supervisory/managerial position and who have responsibility for implementing a positive Mental Health culture and for First Aid for Mental Health within an organisation.

Level 3 covers more Mental Health conditions and delves deeper into each condition giving the learner a more comprehensive level of understanding & knowledge. We also cover the First Aid Action Plan for Mental Health - C.A.R.E.

£219 per person which will include a Mental Health workbook and a digital certificate.

Level 2 Award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health (RQF)

This 1 day course is suitable for anyone who actively connects with children such as parents, carers, teachers, support workers and youth group leaders.  

Designed with children and young people in mind this course will provide the knowledge and skills to identify a potential mental health condition, start a conversation, and provide support and guidance to professional help.

£129 per person which will include a Mental Health workbook and a digital certificate.
